Do i need to register to use Yo! Bus ?
No. You do not need to register to book tickets using Yo! Bus. However, registering can help you manage your bookings, cancellations, see booking history etc. for future reference.
How do i book bus tickets on Yo! Bus ?
Booking bus tickets with Yo!Bus is very simple. You simply enter the Origin, Destination and Date of Journey and click on search. From the shown results select the bus that you want to book, select seats, select pick up and drop off point. Then enter the traveller details and make payment and boom ! receive tickets in your email. You are all set to go.
How ticket rates on Yo!Bus is very less compared to other sites ? Is it really possible to provide these rates ?

Can i cancel my ticket online ?
Yes. Most of the tickets can be cancelled online if they fall within the cancellations window. You can also contact us to get the cancellation done via our support email : support@yobus.in
Can i partially cancel my ticket ?
Only very few bus partners do accept partial ticket cancellations. Please review the cancellation policies of the bus partner specified during ticket booking. Currently, you can partially cancel your ticket through our portal if the bus operator has provided you that option while booking.
Is it safe for my credit card on this site?
Transactions on the Yo! Bus website are secure. We partner with the industry leading payment gateway partners for the transactions. On top of it, we use SSL certificates for our sites that ensures we have an encrypted data transfer.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept internet banking, credit card payments, debit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro) Cards. Please note that we only accept cards issued in India.
Am I able to make a payment on behalf of another person?
Certainly, you can pay for and book bus tickets for others. The traveler does not necessarily have to be the one making the payment. Please ensure that you provide accurate details for all passengers and advise them to carry government-issued ID cards to avoid any potential issues.
Can i get a refund if i have not travelled ?
If there is a scenario where you were not able to travel due to our partners fault or Yo! Bus fault, we will provide you the 100% refund. However, of the miss is due to any other reason, not directly related to Yo! Bus or the Bus operator cancelled, we will not provide you any refund. Please check the cancellations charges and timelines while booking the tickets for the respective bus operators.
What will I get as a refund in case the operator cancelled the service?
Yo!Bus refunds 100% of the total amount paid in case the operator cancels the service.
It depends on the bus operator you have booked tickets with. However most of the bus operators accept e-ticket. You can show the SMS or email that you have received , which should be sufficient.
