Cancellation by the User
Cancellation Period: Refer to the cancellation details provided before the ticket booking and payment page as per suppliers. Cancellation and refund may vary according to individual Bus Operator / Supplier. It is users responsibility to check the same before booking and making the payments. www.yobus.in reserves the right to approve the refund if is valid as per provided terms in ticket while booking.
Cancellation Process: To cancel a booking, users must log in to their account on the website and follow the designated cancellation process. Cancellation requests made through other channels may not be considered valid.

Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, www.YoBus.in reserves the right to cancel a booking. Users will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund or alternative arrangements will be offered.
Refunds
Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be processed for eligible cancellations as per the terms mentioned above. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the booking.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within [3-7] business days from the date of cancellation. However, we try to provide instant refunds if you have made payment using Razorpay gateway.
No-Shows
Definition: A “no-show” is defined as a user who does not arrive at the scheduled departure time without prior cancellation.
No-Show Policy: No-shows are not eligible for refunds. Users are encouraged to inform www.yobus.in support email in advance if they are unable to make their scheduled departure.
Modification of Bookings
Change Requests: Requests for changes to bookings, such as rescheduling, may be considered on a case-by-case basis. www.YoBus.in reserves the right to approve or deny change requests.
